When we arrived the hotel, immediately noticed nice ambiance at lobby. Warm and elegant.. The concierge was very helpful and hook us up with traditional kaiseki restaurant. We also ate at hotel restaurant and amazed for the quality of the food. Everything was prepared beautifully!

Stayed here for a week during a scorching July. Very high quality hotel and the rooms were quite large by Japanese standards. All mod cons in the rooms and a cozy bed! Breakfast was the best we had during our trip as Japanese breakfast is very different from what we have in the West.
